Registration Instructions and Information

All form fields must be completed in order to submit the registration. You may register multiple children no matter the age group. Once the form is completed review it carefully before submitting it. An email will be sent to you after the form has been submitted. A $150 registration fee is required to secure a seat. You may pay the Registration fee, Book fee, and Tuition Fee for Preschool, All Day Traditional School, and Homeschooling through FACTS.

Note: Registration fee and book fees are non-refundable.
